- How do I enable/disable privacy mode?
Press and hold the camera button for three seconds. The camera LED will blink purple when in privacy mode, press and hold the camera button for three seconds to return to normal streaming.
- Why does the camera light turn off at night? Is my camera off?
When the camera switches into Night Mode (infrared/IR), the camera’s LED may turn off (as long as it’s not actively streaming) so a bright light doesn’t disturb your baby. The camera is still on and monitoring. The LED will turn back on when Night Mode turns off and the camera returns to normal viewing.
