Check that the camera power cord is securely connected to both camera and adapter, try a different outlet, and confirm you’re using the included adapter.
- There’s no LED indicator on the camera. What does that mean?
It may be a power supply issue, try a different power adapter or cable. If the camera is in Night Mode the LED indicator light will turn off so the bright light does not disturb your baby.
