Open the Grow app and tap View from the bottom navigation bar.

Yes. Log in with the same account on multiple phones or tablets.
- Where do I find sleep insights and history?
Tap Journal to view daily and weekly sleep summaries, notes, and trends.
- Does the app work in the background?
Yes, but notifications and background audio depend on your phone’s operating system settings.
- How do I enable or disable notifications?
Go to Settings > Notifications in the app and ensure notifications are also enabled in your phone’s system settings.
