- Do I need an account to use the Yogasleep Vue camera?
Yes. A Yogasleep Grow account is required to set up and use the camera, access live video, and view insights.
- How do I create a Yogasleep Grow account?
Download the Yogasleep Grow app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, open the app, and follow the on-screen prompts to sign up using your email address.
- I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.
- Is a paid membership required to use the camera?
No. You can use core monitoring features without a Yogasleep Grow paid membership. Optional membership levels unlock advanced features such as cloud video storage.
- How do I manage or cancel my paid membership?
In the Grow app, go to Settings > Manage Membership. Membership changes must be made through the app where you originally subscribed.
- Can multiple caregivers access the same account?
Yes. You can invite additional caregivers (co-parents, grandparents, babysitters) through Settings > Family Management.
