You’re welcome to return any Yogasleep mattress purchased on yogasleep.com within 101 days. We do ask you to give our products a shot for 30 days, just because a new and improved sleep experience can take a little getting used to.
If you don’t love your Yogabed, simply click here and we’ll make good on that pledge. Or, if you think maybe you just got the wrong one for you, contact us and we’ll help you find something you like better.
Here are the details, per product:
Your new Yogasleep mattress comes with our 101-night comfort trial which lets you return the mattress and get a full refund of the purchase price if you aren’t completely satisfied. We do require that you give your body a minimum of 30 days to adjust to your new Yogasleep mattress. Remember, a new bed will support you better than your old bed, so it’s normal to experience some small aches and pains as your body adjusts to getting proper support.
If you are not satisfied after the first 30 days, please contact us and we’ll arrange to have the mattress picked up, at no charge to you. Manufacturing tags must remain attached.
*Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot exchange or return a stained mattress or a mattress with rips, tears, or pet hair.*
Please note that only one free trial and return is permissible and that returns not communicated through our ticket form will not be refunded.
Note: Some states (CA, RI, CT) charge a mattress recycling fee when a mattress is purchased and this charge is non-refundable.
Bedding Accessories can also be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund as long as the item is still in the original, unopened packaging.
Sound machines and all other tools for sleep purchased on yogasleep.com are backed by a 30 day trial; if you don't love the way you're sleeping within 30 days, we'll send a return label and will refund you for the original cost, less the cost of shipping.
If you purchased one of our sound machines through another retailer, please contact them to return your product. (Don’t hesitate to reach out to us, though, if you feel you’ve received a faulty unit - we’ll gladly fix that situation for you!)
