Limited One-Year Manufacturer Warranty – Sound Machines Domestic
Yogasleep warrants its products (with exceptions as indicated below), to the original purchaser, to be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase in the United States. Products purchased by unauthorized resellers are not covered by any warranty. This limited warranty covers mechanical failure which includes all parts and/or workmanship against defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase in the United States. Do not alter or tamper with the quality label or the device—this will void your warranty. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental dropping, rough handling, improper charging, misuse of the product including tampering, or the application of electrical power other than that listed on the label. If the product is used in a different country with a different power supply, the warranty will be void. Yogasleep will provide up to one replacement item under the warranty policy. Yogasleep requires you to provide proof of purchase and a photo of the bottom of the device during this process. If there is no proof of purchase, a warranty claim cannot be filed.

Yogasleep® Accessories Limited Warranty
The Yogasleep and PureCare Accessories Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of a product who remains in possession of said product at the time of a claim under the warranty. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship for Yogasleep and PureCare sheets, pillows, mattress protectors, mattress covers, foundations and extends for a period (depending on product) from the date of purchase.

Yogasleep Copper Memory Foam Pillows – 1-Year Limited Warranty
PureCare Pillows = 3-year limited warranty from the original purchase date of the original product purchased. Warranty coverage is limited to product defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
Purecare Sheet Sets = 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date of the original product purchased. Warranty coverage is limited to product defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
PureCare Protectors = 10-year limited warranty from the original purchase date of the original product purchased. Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturers’ defects, including tears and rips, during normal household use. See complete warranty details here (link to complete warranty).
If during the warranty period, a product is found to be defective because of defects in materials or workmanship, Yogasleep will replace the product at no additional charge for the product. A customer must promptly provide notice in writing of a claim under this warranty in accordance with these terms and conditions to Yogasleep no later than 45 days from the date of discovery of the defect. The customer shall be responsible for any shipping or other charges incurred in returning the product and delivery of any replacement. Defective products must be returned, along with the product invoice, prepaid to Yogasleep at the address below. Yogasleep makes no warranty with respect to the natural settling of filling material for any product. This warranty will become void if a product shows signs of careless handling or if the product is ripped or torn. All products must be opened, installed, and cleaned in accordance with the care and use instructions included with the product upon delivery in order for this warranty to apply. Implied warranties for a product, if any, shall be limited to the duration listed above. In no case will Yogasleep be liable for the incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of the breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property other than the product, or economic losses.

Limited Ten-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Yogasleep warrants its mattresses (with exceptions as indicated below), to the original purchaser, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase in the United States. The Yogasleep Mattress Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of a mattress who remains in possession of said product at the time of a claim under the warranty.
The conditions of the warranty are as follows:
(i) The warranty is not transferable and can only be claimed by the original purchaser of a mattress who remains in possession of said mattress at the time of a claim under the warranty; (ii) The customer must have purchased the mattress from www.yogasleep.com or an authorized Yogasleep dealer; (iii) The defects complained of by the customer must concern materials or workmanship of the product purchased; (iv) The defects must not have resulted from use of the mattress outside its intended purpose or from normal wear and tear and proper handling. Yogasleep advises opening the mattress within 3 months of purchase and will not provide a warranty replacement for any mattress that was left in its packaging for 4 months or longer.
Examples of defects covered by this warranty include: (a) A visible indentation or sag greater than one and a half (1.5) inches in the foam material that is visible when no weight is applied to the top of the mattress; or (b) Any physical flaw in the foam material that causes it to split or crack.
(v) All mattresses must be opened, installed, and cleaned in accordance with the use and care instructions included with the mattress upon delivery; (vi) Any replacement will not extend the original period of the limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period; (vii) The customer must advise Yogasleep Customer Service of its warranty claim by email at hello@yogasleep.com and provide information required under these terms and conditions.
In the event the conditions of the Yogasleep Mattress Limited Warranty apply, Yogasleep will assume responsibility for the replacement of the mattress.
In the event Yogasleep determines the Yogasleep Mattress Limited Warranty applies and elects to replace a mattress, the replacement shall be provided only with the customer’s compliance for a transportation fee of $99. The customer is responsible for the disposable of the original mattress.
Warranty Exclusions
Yogasleep Mattress Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to changes to the mattress that are the result of normal wear and tear, nor changes that are the result of circumstances or uses that go beyond the intended use of a mattress; namely, reclining and sleeping.
This warranty does not apply to gift recipients, only to the original purchaser of a Yogasleep mattress.
Every Yogasleep mattress is crafted individually. Therefore, some degree of variation of the finished product is an inherent part of that product and is to be expected. Imperfections that do not prevent normal use and enjoyment of the product are not considered to be defects. For example, some surfaces may not be perfectly even, and corners may or may not be symmetrical or perfectly shaped. These conditions and any other similar conditions are not considered to be defects for which customers can seek any remedy under the warranties described here.
Yogasleep mattresses are designed to work on a solid, firm surface; on a bed base (e.g., a platform or frame) that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and its user. This warranty does not cover the product if it is used in a manner that is incompatible with the use for which the mattress was intended.
The Yogasleep Mattress is intended to be used on a foundation with a center support; in the case of a Queen, King, and California King, the center support must have 5 to 6 support legs. In the case of Twin, Twin XL, and Full mattresses, the center support must have 4 support legs. For Queen, King, and California King slatted-style bed frames, the customer must ensure that the frame utilized offers ample structural support for the mattress and foundation.
This warranty specifically excludes: (a) minor imperfections and cosmetic flaws; (b) normal wear and tear; (c) tears, stains, soiling, burns, and discoloration that occur over time; (d) dampness or mold; (e) individual or personalized preferences relating to firmness, texture, comfort, etc.; (f) normal body impressions not greater than 1.5” in the mattress as measured below the quilt level. The settling of quilt fibers is to be expected and is not considered a defect; (g) individual or personalized allergies and sensitivities; (h) naturally occurring cotton or foam aromas; (i) a normal increase in softness of the YogaFoam and foam pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
In addition, this warranty does not cover conditions resulting from abusive handling, misuse, or neglect. Accordingly, the following circumstances, if discovered upon inspection, will render the warranty void: (a) any unsanitary condition; (b) burns; (c) use of the mattress on an improper or non-suitable bed frame; (d) physical abuse to the product; (e) any attempt to clean the product in an inappropriate manner; and (f) improper storage of the product, including but not limited to: storage in a damp location(s), the presence or evidence of insects or rodents, or damage from any other unprotected storage area(s); (g) purchase from resellers who are not authorized retailers; (h) if the mattress was left in its box and packaging for 4 months or longer.
Customer Rights
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages in connection with the sale of consumer products, so the above limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages may not apply. This warranty provides for specific legal rights, and as these rights vary from state to state, customers may also have other rights that are not included herein.
Yogasleep makes no medical or health claims regarding its mattresses. Allergies, discomfort, or other conditions are not covered under this warranty. Any questions or concerns regarding medical or health conditions should be addressed by a licensed physician.
