Yes, we do have an exchange policy. If you decide within your comfort trial period (101 days for both Yogabed and Unplug) that you want to upgrade to a different size or upgrade from Unplug to Yogabed, please contact our customer service team.
We will process the price differential of the mattress, plus an exchange fee of $150 (to cover the costs associated with processing, handling, and shipping for both the first and second mattresses) to your credit card. We will then schedule a pick up of the first mattress and then ship you the second mattress.
Please note that exchanging your mattress, in any way, will void the no-risk trial period for your second mattress.
